Ingredients
- 200g Jersey Dairy natural yogurt
- 3 fresh ripe figs
- 2 tsp crushed pistachios
- 1 tsp honey
Method
– Spoon the Jersey yogurt into your favourite breakfast bowl.
– Cut fig into quarters (peel optional).
– Crush pistachios with the flat side of your knife and sprinkle over the yogurt and figs.
– Finish with a drizzle of honey.
– And enjoy!
