The B Shake
- 150ml Jersey Dairy thickshake mix
- 150ml Jersey Dairy milk
- 2 tbsp Jersey Dairy natural yogurt
- 1/2 banana (even better if it’s frozen!)
- Handful of blueberries
Simply blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy your B shake!
Make sure that all of the ingredients have been well chilled in the fridge beforehand. If not, add ice!
