A milk for everyone!
Jersey Dairy is excited to announce that they now have a milk for everyone as they launch their new Lactose free milk.
Lactose free milk is made from 100% real Jersey milk, just without the lactose, making it easier for people who are lactose intolerant to digest. It also includes all the natural vitamins and nutrients which come with Jersey milk.
The new Lactose free milk will be 2.5% fat, and as many consumers differentiate the milks through the carton colour, the new Lactose free milk is purple.
Jersey Dairy Managing Director, Eamon Fenlon, said: “If you love milk but are lactose intolerant, Jersey Dairy’s Lactose Free milk is the perfect choice for you. Jersey Dairy’s Lactose Free milk is made with Jersey cow’s milk, but we’ve added the enzyme lactase which breaks down the lactose in milk, making it easier to digest and helping to avoid the unpleasant symptoms of lactose intolerance. Jersey Dairy’s Lactose Free milk tastes just like regular fresh milk and has all the nutritional benefits you’d expect from Jersey milk, just without the lactose.”
