Classic, Green and Sticky Toffee Smoothie!

The Classic Smoothie
Ingredients
- 6 strawberries – why not go frozen?
- 1 banana – again, these can be frozen
- Jersey Dairy natural yogurt – large tablespoon
- Jersey Dairy milk – 250ml
Method
Chop strawberries and banana.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
POUR INTO A GLASS AND ENJOY…

The Green Monster
Ingredients
- 3 kiwis
- Green grapes – 300g
- Jersey Dairy milk – 250ml
- Jersey Dairy natural yogurt – large tablespoon
- Honey – tablespoon
Method
Slice the kiwis and remove the fruit flesh using a tablespoon.
Wash the grapes and remove from the vine.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
POUR INTO A GLASS AND ENJOY…

Sticky Toffee Yummy
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 3 pitted dates
- Jersey Dairy toffee yogurt – 100g
- Jersey Dairy natural yogurt – 50g
- Jersey Dairy milk – 250ml
Method
Chop banana and dates.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
POUR INTO A GLASS AND ENJOY…
