The Classic Smoothie

Ingredients

Method

Chop strawberries and banana.

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Ingredients 

Method

Slice the kiwis and remove the fruit flesh using a tablespoon. 

Wash the grapes and remove from the vine. 

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Chop banana and dates.
