The product is a rich, creamy and smooth base mix, made with the highest quality cream and milk, from pedigree Jersey cows on the island of Jersey.
This revolutionary base mix has been carefully produced to save time in the kitchen and make life easier for high end chefs who are creating gelato based dishes. It is a versatile and easy to use product, which allows chefs to add flavours, purees and fresh fruit to the base mix and create unique desserts.

This premium base mix has been launched in the UK in collaboration with luxury ingredient supplier, Henley Bridge.
Jersey Dairy recently spent the day with Henley Bridge and the talented chefs at the prestigious Belfry Hotel in Birmingham. The fantastic team created a range of stunning desserts to showcase Jersey Dairy’s brand new luxury gelato base mix.

This versatile base mix can also be used at home! Simply pour the mix into your gelato / ice cream machine. Add your favourite flavours…vanilla, berries, lemon, mint, chocolate etc. Churn until thick (consistency of soft serve ice cream) and freeze for 12 hours. ENJOY!
