We are chuffed that Jersey Dairy is in this month’s “Ice Cream” magazine! This is about our role in Hotal Chocolat’s “Ice Cream of the Gods”.
Why the excitement? Well, not only do Hotel Chocolat use Jersey Dairy milk and cream, and not only did we help come up with the recipe (it is divine!), but it is also made over here .
As Eamon Fenlon, our CEO says, “We are delighted that Jersey Dairy milk and cream are being recognised for the high quality, delicious products they are.”
Mmmmm! We can’t wait until Jersey’s Hotel Chocolat branch gets into summer mode and starts serving it.
